'In The Long Run' (ITLR) is an initiative that works around the world helping to campaign against human trafficking.
We love the freedom and adventure of running, and so we decided use our favourite sport to help others find freedom. Each year we run along human trafficking routes, raising awareness and money for projects that prevent people being sold and help survivors to start a new life.
